Shipping Policy

Orders ship from our Toronto location and typically ship within 2-3 business days.  Please expect delivery within 7-10 days from order date, depending on distance from Toronto.

Free shipping above $50 across Canada. (Sorry, no shipping outside of Canada at this time). Orders below the minimum order size will have a flat rate of $12 at checkout. 

Breakage Issues

Our products are thin, crispy baked snacks and some breakage may occur in transit. This does not affect freshness or taste. We pack orders carefully and attach a "fragile" sticker to packages, but cannot guarantee that every crisp arrives unbroken. Refunds/replacements are not issued for minor breakage. If your order arrives with major damage (e.g., bags split open or product unusable), please contact us within 10 days with photos at hello@podsquadsnacks.com so we can make it right. Once we hand packages to the carrier, Pod Squad Snacks is not liable for handling in transit. Claims for damages beyond our control must be directed to the shipping carrier.
